1. Image Uploads
You must ensure that all images uploaded or submitted to the Website are either owned by you, or you own the correct licence for their reproduction in print. Images must comply with the terms and conditions of use on the Website. It is your responsibility (as the customer) to obtain the correct image usage rights for any images supplied to HEYLO. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that images do not infringe a third party owner’s copyrights, trademarks or any intellectual property laws. If we believe an image to be in breach of copyright law we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. HEYLO cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any breach of copyright concerning material and artwork supplied by the customer and it is the customer’s responsibility to take every reasonable action to ensure no breach of copyright exists. HEYLO reserves the right to refuse any order we find to be offensive.

3. International Customers
If Goods are being ordered from outside the UK (HEYLO’S country of residence), import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. HEYLO is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and HEYLO cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

In order to purchase Goods on this Website, you are required to create an account that will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the Website as we may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. 9. Termination and Cancellation
9.1 Either HEYLO or you may terminate your Account. If HEYLO terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination generally will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate accounts without giving reasons for doing so.
9.2 If HEYLO terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched to you.

9.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
10. Goods, Pricing & Availability
10.1 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from HEYLO correspond to the actual Goods, HEYLO is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether.
10.2 All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of its going online. HEYLO reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

HEYLO aims to ship all orders within 5 working days. For all International orders it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any Customs Duties and Taxes and charges levied by the country of destination. If HEYLO receives no communication from you within 3 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
12. Returns Policies
12.1. Should you have a problem with a HEYLO product upon receipt, either with respect to the image quality or due to breakage of or damage to the case itself, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be provided with information on the return of your case for a replacement at no cost to you, subject to the stipulations in paragraph 12.3 below.
12.2 For a return requested due to issues with the quality of the image upon receipt, it is very important that the problem be reported to HEYLO within ten (10) days of receipt of the case so that there will be sufficient time for return of the case and incorporation of the original art work into the replacement case. This provision is necessary because, to protect the privacy of its clients, HEYLO does not store customer-supplied images for longer than thirty (30) calendar days.
12.3 In the event that circumstances do not permit the return of a defective case before the original image retention period expires, we will provide instructions regarding ordering a replacement case at no additional charge.
12.4 For returns due to damage to or breakage of the case upon receipt, contact HEYLO in the same manner as noted above at any time to arrange for return of the case and its replacement.
12.5 All Goods sold by HEYLO on this Website are covered for breakage due to manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, wear and tear through normal usage or any commercial use excepted. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient of such Goods and proof of purchase or gift receipt may be required.
12.6 If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to HEYLO within 10 days and arrange collection and return. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, you will have the option of having the Goods replaced (if still available) or of having the price of the Goods, as paid by you, refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods
12.7 HEYLO reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:
12.7.1 Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;
12.7.2 Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of law.
